Our registered nurse, Nancy Shue, is in charge of our Social Security Disability applications at the hearing level. Nurse Shue is a highly qualified nurse that has been working for law firms for 20 years. She is also a Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified. Because of her extensive medical background, Nancy is a great representative for your Social Security Disability application. Nancy will see that the needed medical records are ordered and that your case is set for hearing. She will be prepared and represent you at the hearing which is about medical and disability issues. If there are legal issues that need to be resolved, Roger "Rocky" Walton is in charge of these. Nancy is assisted by a Legal Assistant. LVN, and clerical staff. Your SSD team will provide you with excellent representation and keep you informed.
